On thursday, and I am in so much pain, my muscles in my legs are in the most pain. I feel tension all over my body, I think I pushed myself too hard.

Cannon's kickboxing in Long Beach. The class was awesome, it really kick my but and challenged me. Not sure if I will become a member, since I live in Queens, and this is a bit of a drive.

That's where I figured you went!! How did you hear about it? I live around the block from there and that's where I had a personal trainer and worked out before the wedding. I wish you told me - I would have walked around the block and said hi!!!

My girlfriend went there so many times, without me, and one day I suggested, that I should go with her. Since, it is a new year I want to get in shape for 2005. I had no idea, where exactly where I was going. Next time, If I do decide to sign up and take classes I will def. let you know.
I thought it was a great workout, the facilites were clean, and the instructor was very helpful. I may just decide to join, if so I will do it in January. I am still looking for more kick boxing school's closer to were I live, possibly I will check one out in Cedarhurst tomorrow.
