I took back my title!!!!!

I took back my title!!!!!

The other day, FH has so rudely informed me that everything that comes out of my kitchen SUUUUCKS!

He always thought I was a great cook, but lately, I dont cook much b/c he works nights. Also, he easts RH food at work so his standard is higher, I guess.

WELL..To reclaim my title as a good cook, last night I made Chicken Francese, caesar salad (made my own crutons), and baked clams, spinach (for him ). AND a cheesecake!!!

He loved it. So now lets see him complain...BIG JERK!

ETA: AND I am making rugelach for his family dinner tonight.

WOW...I better not tell FH what you cooked because he might leave me for you haha

I can't cook...well not yet. I can cook small easy things like pasta and mac and cheese and i make a mean grilled cheese!!!

But FH does love my quesadillas

How did you make that all in one day you must have been in the chicken for hours....

OH YEAH! I will def leave FH for you if you can make me cheesecake once a week

I didnt use your infamous recipe. I used mine...well Tyler Florences..but I did add the cheese into the egg mixture like your recipe and I think it fried up a little crispier--thanks!

I did shopping on lunch and threw together the cheesecake before I had to clock back in. (I made w/ spenda of course)

He did say the cheesecake wasnt sweet enough, but he still scarfed it down
