bridal l ou n ge and I kept getting disconnected...has this happened to anyone else?

I never called them- M i a responds well with emails- she or someone else gets back to you within hours.

yes that happened to me. She did keep calling me back though, in her favor, and she left me a vm and then emailed me right away also to make sure i got the message and she apologized.
