I tried on dresses last night!

Yes, its me mermaid girl again. I went to RK bridal, and had a great experience!
I tried on this dress, and love it. (its a Maggie) The picture doesn't show off the beautiful swarovarski crystals all over it.

There is still the other one I posted w/the strings around the waist that I was suppose to try on, but RK sold their sample. So now I have to find somewhere else.

I personally don't care for that particular style, but I may be biased because I'm pear shaped and when I tried that style on, it looked awful on my body. If you love it though and you feel great in it - go for it!

who cares what we think.......
everone of has has different body types. That why they have so many different dresses.
You may not like a dress on the rack , but it looks wonderful on!
Go with whatever you think!!!

Congrats...I'm glad you tried on the dress style you wanted. I think mermaids are beautiful, but I don't have the right shape for them!

I do have a question though: is it hard to walk/dance in that kind of dress? It seems like its very tight around the upper legs.

I was thinking the same thing! It is beautiful though - I'm sure the crystals really sparkle!!

I didn't have a problem walking in it, i'm sure i couldn't run-not that i'll be running anywhere on my wedding day. I haven't tried dancing, but i'm not too worried.
It wasn't as tight as i thought it would be, i actually had more trouble walking in a different dress i tried on that was just straight sided.

I like the dress..can't wait to see it on you..

I think the pic is funny though..she looks like she's holding a bush to plant in her garden...these pics they publish are sometimes funny...

But, back to you, I like the dress and I think that you should get what you like.
