i bought my mom the shuffle. and i have an ipod. im trying to put music on her ipod shuffle, from my computer.,. but im having a hard time.. can this be done? or do ihave to do it on her computer and transfer all the music onto hers?
in other words.. can you have 2 ipods on 1 itunes

i'm sure you can... my ex and i both used his itunes to upload music onto our seperate ipods...

I have both the ipod and the shuffle. You can use the same library but since the shuffle holds less songs you have to make a playlist just for the shuffle. I do it all of the time. I hope this makes sense

Make sure your itunes is set to manual.

YES it can., I stole all of my co-workers music., but what you have to do is import your music onto your harddrive and then put it onto her harddrive.,
She has her own computer right?
ETA: ok there is a way to do that but im not sure if its ont he same computer.
