I turned down dessert tonight

I would just like to say that instead of having an apple turnover for dessert tonight (looked and smelled delicious), I opted instead for some oatmeal.

Just wanted to share.

i love love love chocolate. and i'm testing myself. i have a piece of chocolate sitting on my desk in front of me...i havent' touched it today! maybe i AM getting self-control (not likely)!

Good for you! I wish I could say the same for myself..I had ice cream..healthy choice brand..but nevertheless..Ice cream

Yay! I did to, and I had to sit there and watch my FI eat this wonderfully rich, decadent chocolate to die for cake!

But, I was also strong!

I sat by and watched my dad eat THREE!!!! apple turnovers. But I felt good about it and that's what's important!

good for you,,,I know it's hard, my FMIL every night asks if I want any ice cream,,,,every night, no thanks....you'd think she's stop asking, but she's just trying to be hospitable. but the 3rd time if I am sure is agrivating,,oh the WILL POWER I know have for 3 no's to ice cream
