....so im sitting here..and crying my eyes out...not only she told all our family about our secret wedding..she decided to do the party for everyone..after words... but now she called me and told me that she is cancelling it....because...she doesnt wana deal with anyone....***!!!!!!!!!!!!! i told her that she shouldnt have opened her mouth from the beginning...and that wtta hell am i supposed to tell all my famiily... im soo tired of dealing with her...it seems like its her wedding ...not mine..and every day ...i have to do stuff for her...i dont want her at our ceremony.......( i know its selfish..but all she does is fk complains...) i wana be happy on my wedding day...and fh to be too..!!!!! ( she even said that she cant close her shop early for that day....coz she will be busy..***..its ur sons wedding...!!!!)))

Soooo sorry. What a pain in the butt. Can you and your FH have the small intimate ceremony and after party on your own? Maybe she feels like she has a lot of input b/c shes paying for it....if you take out that factor maybe you and FH can be more in control. I dunno if thats an option but I thought I'd share.

Oh my goodness!! i'm so sorry!!! i think you and your FH need to sit her down and explain to her that this isn't about HER and because she cancelled the party afterwards she should take responsibility for it.
i am so sorry!! just focus on YOUR WEDDING and that you and FH will be happy no matter what!

Aw I am so sorry....It will all work out...Just be patient and be careful what you say becuase she is going to be around FOREVER lol I know that is so hard...be happy its your day and reclaim it for yourself!!!!!!!

lol...for the 2nd wedding ..she will find out about everything..in a mail..in 1 week before that...coz if u tell her earlier and all the details..than forget about the wedding....only frustration,.,!!!

First of all there is no crying on LIW. You are never alone here... so if venting makes you feel better then vent away Sorry your FMIL is stressing you out. So take a deep breathe, close your eyes and just think of looking into FH eyes and saying I do because that is what is important not all the bull$h1t it takes to get there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

she runs a beauty salon..! wtever.. im done dealing with her..im letting fh do that..coz for the past couple months...he hasnt said ****...even about the whole secret thing that she told everyone...she thought i was fine with it,..and that she did the right thing..
when i spoke to her....i didnt say anything too mean...i know she is going to be crying..n stuff...but..i finally told her wt i thought and now im thinkin to give her all the numbers for my side of the familly so she can give them a call n explain herself!

W T F is wrong with people who own beauty salons! WhenI first got engaged I was working at one and my boss told me that I would be f ucked up if I had a fri. or sat. wedding because then none of my coworkers would be able to attend because he wouldnt close the shop early!!

When it comes to the in laws, it's best that the FH deal with it. First, you don't want to look like the bad guy and second, it's best that the son diffuses the situation. He needs to explain to her that this is his and yours wedding and that's it.

If we do a pre-secret wedding we are not telling anyone but our moh/gm and mil. I wouldnt even tell my mom
I am so so sorry though hun. I know that people can make your wedding anightmare and thats not fair and it shouldnt be that way... just take it easy... a glass of wine always helps <3
