YOu cut a hole through the cake and wrap the dolls legs in saran wrap and stick her into the hole!! LOL

I have seen the pans to make that. They also sell dolls that are just the body and the head with a toothpick where the legs should be- they have them at chocolate stores and michael's

FH's niece had one of those barbie cakes for her 5th birthday party....I was so jealous! LOL!
