I'm kicking myself in the asss! my moh was engaged and had booked a photobooth... when their engagement ended she gave me a bunch of stuff, picture frames, magazines.. AND her photobooth voucher, she put a $500 deposit, not sure what the balance was. but yea... I LOST it (like a year and a half ago)... FH and I thought it wasn't in our budget... but I really want a photobooth!!!!!!

Wouldn't she be able to contact them and get a new voucher? I am sure they would have to honor it since they never reimbursed her the money.

possibly... but she doesn't even remember what company it was, and honestly if i remember correctly, it was expensive. like another $2000. and besides that, her wedding would have been over a year ago.
anyone know the average price of one?

you can find one for about $1000 for 4 hours through partybooths ... they're less traditional and have the printers outside the booth.
a 'traditional' photobooth that prints the photos out of a little slot was about $1500 last i checked.
i would kill for one too .... but it's too much for me

if you only do 2 hours instead of the entire reception, you might be able to find one for $7-800-ish ...

look at Partybooths for the shortest amount of time package. We just had them and they were fabulous!!!

we got a local company (out of state, keep in mind) instead of going through party booths or the biggie-chains.
we got ours on special with the guest book option (so two prints of each, one for us, one for them) for $650.
i did a victory dance when i found that deal.
they are EXPENSIVE otherwise. but i love them and probably would've paid anyways.
thats why i feel ... photobooths = great favor if you can't afford to do favors AND photobooth.
people throw away crap favors. they throw their photobooth pic up on the fridge and it stays there FOR.EVER.

... it was a special around the holidays. you had to book within a 3 day period. so i nabbed it.
