After much dismay and worry, in the last two days:
I booked my band
I booked my florist
Found a seamstress with good rec's
Confirmed who would do my hair for wedding
Got a dress for the girls
and proofed my invites!!!
YAY
Already done
Reception/Ceremony site
Officiant
Dress for me
Marriage contract for Jewish wedding
Wedding day of coordinator
Favors
Arrangements for programs

Left:
Hair for girls
Make up for me and girls
and other stuff I cannot think of---oh gosh, what do I still need to do???
Back to panic!

Day of coordinator--the incomparable Elaine DeLuca. Hire this woman...she is the best money I have spent...her advice has saved me enought to pay for her already (little plug)
Ceremony/reception in same place so no transport.
Do need to do tuxes
We are doing rings next month
