I want more RSVPs darnit!!

Today is our RSVP date and a lot of people didnt send their cards back (like 75- all FHs family ).
We have our minimum already, but come on people..its called a mailbox! JERKS!.

It doesn't count unless you send it back!!! DUH!!!

Why the eff did we pay for postage?!?!?

OK- vent over. Back to work.

OH- and we are going to do out menu tonight !!! YAY!

I HATE how inconsiderate some people are its crazy, and wow 75...does his family not believe in rsvp's lol.

People really do have issues. I know theres 2 people who didnt rsvp for my shower, not yes or no. I am guessing the rsvp date has passed for a bit now and my mom is trying to contact her 2 friends to get an answer. One said ill call you THiS weekend to let you know, well its monday and she never called and the other my mom can't get in contact with. Its like if youre not coming just say NO, its fine seriously w**, but these are ppl who would probably just show up, and dont think they have to answer thats the problem

that stinks big time!

I have to admit I am a heinous offender with R.S.V.P.'s, especially if I can't come!

o God, I am dreading this part.. actually more so than the seating arrangements..

people just assume that 'of course we are coming'.. ugh.. just wait and then tell FH to move it w/ his side..

Tell me about it... Thursday is our RSVP date. I see some of these non responders every day. FH says people from Connecticut (his family and work people) don't take weddings as seriously as people from NY...

that stinks!!! 75 WOW!! thats a lot of people to NOT RSVP ugh...

start making those phone calls!!

Wow 75 is alot- we got the bulk of them right before the due date- I would say give it till the end of this week or middle of next and start calling! (Make him do it since it's his family btw)

We got 2 NOs today- you live in CA, we didnt think u were coming anyway, but you KNEW you werent- so why didnt u send it back in early Feb

I am dreading table seating now

last night i had a nightmare that nobody was going to come to our wedding - it was the day of the wedding and we were going over the list to see who RSVP'd and only like 5 people said they were coming and we were waiting in the house to see if anyone was going to call and tell us they were coming so bizarre!

people s-u-c-k! if you dont hear anything in a few days make FH call them since its his family

im sorry it does s*ck, but luckily you anticipated this and sent out early. I also dont get why people dont just rsvp NO, are they afraid of saying no or something. I mean yes im sure all of us have some guests that if they said no we'd be shocked and disappointed but come on, its funny bc those who take long will be ppl we already knew was a chance they wouldn't come.

in the past i would take long but i would rsvp the rsvp date, and many times i would tell the bride that i am coming beforehand and then tell her i will send out rsvp soon but just to know i am definitely coming. Now of course i send out quicker hahaha but still to wait until AFTER the RSVP

lol- yeah- i know- its amazng the things you do differently once you actually plan a wedding yourself.

In Oct, I got an invite and actually brought it in, wrote my name and sealed up the envelope to give to the mailman as he was coming up the other side of the block...just so i didnt forget

Honestly we had a good idea of who was coming and who wasn't so table seating wasn't so bad for us- just as we got them in we started to think about tables- just this morning I finished the final list and I have exactly 12 tables- which is good since then I don't have to order anymore CP's!

im just worried about my mom doing her table and the family table.

Everyone likes to get their panties in a bunch about where they sit (the guests i mean)

Aa lot from my side are coming though so it actually makes it harder as to who to put at their head table.

I think I'll get a bottle of wine and some chocolate and sit and do them this weekend with her
