Who else here is dealing with an alsolute Monster in Law. In the last few days here is what I've been dealing with: * Her request for 2 Mother Son Dances * Control of the Guest list * Completeing undermining my wishes and manipulating my FH * Causing major fights between my fH and I * Completely losing my trust. I want to call it all off!!!!!!

I would firmly but gently tell her to step off. I would seroiusly have a talk with your FH and ask him to stand behind you and your decisions since its your wedding and he needs to support you instead of his mother.

not too long ago i posted about just eloping and canelling the wedding, FHs family is driving me nuts...but evrything has calmed down now because i have the i dont care attitude, and im not going to stress myself over them, i let FH DEAL with them! and i DEAL with my family!

been there already, except i actually had to move my wedding cause of her. welcome to the club. but it'll get better. you just have to regain control of your FH by being so nice that they can't stand it. you get more with sugar then with vinegar.

Honey, I totally feel you on this one, she want's to know everything that's going on but isn't footing the bill for ANYTHING, she has no say! DO NOT let her ruin your day, stand firm with FH, tell him how you feel and don't let her interfere, I've resorted to telling her NOTHING and it's worked so far, all of this planning will be worth it, in the end you'll be married, you'll have a wonderful day, but don't let her have 2 dances, it's your spotlight that day, not hers!!! im sorry ur dealing with this.. Mines almost as bad but not so much yet atleast,, My Fmil makes it seem like shes all about what we want but when it comes down to it shes been nothing but trouble, complaning about the flowers i like making faces when i show her dresses i lke oh and my colors forget that she said her 'Baby' my fh wont be wearing ne of those colors! err if she wasnt helping out money wize with this wedding then i would stand up more but truth is the Inlaws are a big help so im just sucking it up still .. but im sure i will lose it be4 the wedding! ahh
