I want to confront someone - please give your opinions. LONG sorry

Some of you may have read my old post about an this woman who kept calling me over and over, and then started to call my house and hang up, she called my work phone number and now she is starting to e-mail me. Intially I was taking a break from her because I was annoyed by some of her behaviour - then she started this calling/emailing thing because I wasnt calling her back.

I want to e-mail her back and say I was intially just taking a few days to myself - and then your childish behaviour (mention above) has really gotten on my nerves and upset me.

I dont know how to end with a please leave me alone FOREVER kind of tone.
I hate putting up with this kind of Bull Ish from people I have 0 time or tolerance for it. But i dont think she is gonna stop until I tell her off. Not that anyone on here likes drama or confrontation - but lets just say you have a couple of ideas for me - I would appreciate a little Drama Mama counsiling

i honestly dont think she'll 'get it' unless you tell her like it is. u can explain and pull up all her instances and hopefully send her on her way. good riddance! and good luck!

Why not call the phone co..

Press *57 each time she calls.
3times and you can press charges..

Bet ur coolie she will be gone once she gets arrested for phone harassment!

Some people aren't phased even after you tell them off. Good luck with her. If you figure out how to get rid of her,perhaps you can tell me what to do about a rude family member (married someone on Dh's side) who shows up all the time at your door without warning after she's been told several times to call first.

R&T - Does the phone co take care of the prosecution or do I ?

Joe's - Yes you are on the right story, she called the coworker up this past wekend and wanted her to pick her up from Jones Beach ???? The girl lives in Stonybrook I think. She was pi$$ed.

Nov - How Rude of that woman - can you have your MIL say something to her ??? Not for nothing I gathered from the post that your are expecting? If I am not right sorry - if you are expecting and have some loon knocking down your door every day thats not so good when you need your rest you need your rest, If your MIL is like my FMIL she will go thru hell fire before her grandchild is disturbed !

U call the phone co to start the tap.
Then when she calls press *57 after you hang up..
Then the call traces..

Then after wards the phone co will call you and give you the # on a print out.. Take that to the local PCT and file the report.........

There it is.. Then they make an arresst!!!!!!!

then i say the both of you write a joint e-mail telling her off! she is obviosuly hard up for friends... i hope she doesnt owe you any money! cause you'll never see it now! not that you would ever to begin with....

My MIL is the sweetest person. She would never say anything. Its not her relative. I was so upset that this person would stop over out of spite one day after I told her not to do that anymore. If the big door wasn't open, we would have pretended we weren't home. I am pregnant so its even more horrible for her to aggravate me like this. I don't need her bulls***!

If you send her an email, make sure that your tone is calm and you aren't going off. Then if she replies like the lunatic she sounds like, you can probably threaten her with a restraining order of some type of prosecution. If you do that along with what T suggested, I think you will be rid of her before your know it.

T - how many harrassers have you had arrested using *57 I have never heard of that before.

Just one person..

And I pressed harassement charges and filed a order of protection

It didn't matter what happened but it showed HOW Serious I was taking this to a level out of their control!!!!!

Wow T sorry you had to go through this. I have a girl Stalker I don't feel too treatened but still very creepy.

She dosent owe me any $ and to tell you the truth if she did and I was 'ignoring her' would probably have stopped calling a long time ago - shes a cheapo to boot.

November - so this lady is DH's Cousins wife - Please have DH speak to her husband, this is not fair to you. you need to be enjoying this special time with DH - not DH, cousin Tullualh and her 9 year old Tulluahla Jr. Or could you have your Mother come over one day that you think she might 'drop by' so she can lay down the law? Can you put her to work when she comes over ?

How do you know this person. Is she a friend? Or someone that just started calling you? IF a friend then explain you cannot always talk or e-mail back right away and not to clutter up your mailbox with emails (tell her that it takes up memory). IF a stranger, do what everyone said about calling phone company.
