I didn't think I wanted to yesterday. FI and I have been living together for 2 1/2 years, and it's like we're married, so we share finances.. and we were going over our debt, it's nothing HUGE but it's still there, and I was contemplating having the wedding.. It seems like so much for one day, but then everyone was telling me to do it, and I may feel that way now, but in the long run it's for the best, and if I don't I'll regret it.. I tried to cut back on the budget but i don't want to.. what's $22,000 vs $25,000 if your gonna do it you mine as well do it right.. RIGHT???!!!!???
Has anyonelse felt this way?? second guessed their wedding??
it seems like I got through this every 5 months.. lol. I can't wait til it's here!!!!!!!!!!

I feel this way sometimes. The money you spend on a wedding can be used as a down payment for a house or co-op. My fw wants her fairytale wedding. She deserves it, and i will do everything possible to make this come true!!! (in my eyes she deserves it)

I debate this 'big' wedding every single day, I keep thinking I could just pay two years worth of rent and sit pretty and save and on and on, must stop with the ANDS!!! It will all be worth it.....right???
