I want to go for one last hair/make-up trial before making my decision- who should it be?

I went for make-up with Jacqueline Nicole, and hair and make-up with Jennifer from fairytale makeovers. I want to go for one more trial before I make my final decision. I would prefer someone who does both hair and make-up. This is getting expensive already for all of these trials, so please, help me choose my final trial wisely. And please, don't recommend Kristen- Even though I know she does both and everyone says she is good, I am not going to her because I don't like the fact that she doubled her prices because of the attention that she got from this board.

You can get a facial, and the makeup trial for $50.00 Her facials are great.

She only does makeup right? I'm looking to bang this out with an all-in-one type person. I went on Monday to Jennifer from fairtytale makeovers (she does both) and I think I like it better that way than hiring 2 separate people. Like I said I just want to go for 1 more trial before I make my decision.

Elena does both and she comes to you. I am using her for my 9/14 wedding.

I looked into having someone from Maximus Salon (Westbury, in the Fortunoff mall) do my hair and make-up. They do have stylists who will do both - you will need to go to the salon for a trial but the stylist will come to you on your wedding day.

Jackie from imakeup.com has a hair person too. I like having 2 people instead of an all-in-one since I have a lot of girls getting their hair and makeup done that day.

I had a hair trial - it was something like $75 for an updo. I did not have a makeup trial. For the day of, it depends what you are having done and they add a percentage if the stylist is coming to you.

I called Gina Simone a while back. If I remember correctly, she wanted way too much money.

I just feel that I would like to go for one more trial before making my decision. I feel that makeup is very important and I would like to explore all of my options before making such a big decision. I don't have a problem with the way JN did my makeup, I just want to see what else is out there.

Just for someone different, you could try one of the people i know from my job as a salon rep. Denise from Sole Salon is really good. She travels, if that's what you're looking for. Her/their number is 516-241-9805.

Out of 3 makeup artists I know, I'm leaning towards using her for my May wedding, so it would be nice to hear some feedback!

Taraalissa, did Kristen really double her prices?? That is outragous! I am having a huge problem, because I have to be ready by like 9:30 in the morning. I have had 2 trials so far and have not liked either one. i haven't even gone for hair yet. Let me know how you make out.
