So I have 14 cousins.. We have always been super close. They are like my brothers and sisters whether they live near or far- just the way we are raised. Hell my 2nd and 3rd cousins are coming to my wedding. So my grandma is 85- seems to be healthy as anything but you never know. She has been talking about how excited she is for my weddin b/c all the cousins will be here and all her great grandkids for the first time ever. My cousin scott isnt coming b/c he has a wedding the next day. Don't get me wrong it is a good friend of his but why cant he go to mine and fly out saturday monring and go to there wedding then. (mines friday theirs is saturday). My grandma is heart broken. She said its because she feels bad for me but i know its because of her. I mean i am (dont quote me) one of her favorites. She lived with my mom since i was born when my mom left my dad and has helped raise me and has done anything and everything to help me. She has said it feels like her 7th child is getting married. I am so mad b/c she has sent numerous emails and facebooks messages about how excited she was about having everyone here! She lost so many people lately. her sister inlaw (the aunt that rented me her apartment for almost nothing which led to me meeting FH) and my sister and more. Losing my sister KILLED her and she finally has been more upbeat thanks to FH always stopping by in the day to make her lunch or hang ou since everyone works this hours, and thanks to Millers ale house and coors light!!! I wear I dont care if he comes to my wedding... but at this point come up to NY on friday and have everyone together for a while!!! grrrrrrrrrrrrr

yes that is my grandma doing a keg stand when my cousin came home from iraq--- another reason why we want her to be the official spokesperson for coors light

second - have you called your cousin and explained to him how hurt your grandma is that not everyone will be there?

No-- spoke to one of my older male cousins-- (im the youngest girl and there are 2 younger boys like a year and 2 years behind me) he said let him handle it-- like i said it doesnt have to do with him coming to my wedding it had to do with him not being at the one time my grandma might have everyone together!

i totally get it. its so important to your grandma to have all her grandchildren and great grandchildren tog at the same time. espec after losing a granddaughter, its that much more important. hopefully he will end up being there

we will see--- g-ma doesnt hold a grudge so what ever will be will be! just would have been nice.. grandma is moving to the house my mom bought in fort myers.. im buying my moms house and keeping the apartment so my mom can go back and forth. (nephews are in fort myers fla)... going to be a big change.. lived with her my whole life... she kicks but... when fh was working every weekend she asked if we could have standing date.. every friday during school year whene veryone wasnt going out early we would go to millers for dinner at 6--- sometimes we'd be there late and she loved it!!!! she is one loved lady!!!
