I want to set a DATE!

I wish I could go out there NOW so I can FINALLY set a date!!!!

well I want to get married in like april or may...so it's less than a year before!
It's stupid but I just don't feel like it's official until I have a date to get MARRIED...u know??

that seems far but it will fly by....I am going to book my hall this June and I am going crazy not having a specific date and hall and my wedding is in May of 09---- if I were you I would be going even crazier...

dont mean that in a bad way- just that my wedding is a year after yours and I cant stand not having a hall yet cause I want to plan and you must be feeling like that as well...

dont worry you will have plenty of time to plan...good luck just prepare yourself!!

i worked in a relegious school and i tell you they did it all in less than 3 months....

you can DEF do it in less than a year!!!

you should do April Fools Day and play a joke on him the day of...

come to think of it i should have done that...it would have been priceless..HAHA

all kiddin aside...the longer you wait the more fun it will be when u have to dive right in..okay so i have my date but i really cant plan and do much of anything until july either...(after i graduate) im sure you can get everything done..just think of all the things you want like styles colors invites and all of that. and then once you have ur date ur ahead of the game!

Don't worry about it. Just start doing a lot of research online for now....that will keep you occupied, and it will also make it easier when you get here that way you can book as soon as you see what you want. How long are you gonna be here for?

dont worry you can do it in less than a year...FH's friend got engaged recently and they are getting married this november...Not only that but if its under the year mark and you get a cancellation date from a place you will get an amazing deal and pay less. Look at the positive side

Thanks girls! I'm definitely going to just research EVERYTHING and have it all planned in my head for when the time comes to start booking.

BUT I just can't wait to actually have a date and know that THAT is the day I'm going to get married!!!!

Great idea- just start planning and having a good idea of what you want. Maybe even call some halls before hand to get maybe price qoutes and also see if there are any cancellations!
