I was 10 days late, where do I start counting for the next AF?

I was 10 days late, where do I start counting for the next AF?

On the day I was SUPPOSSED to get it, which would mean next AF is due 12/30 OR the day when I actually GOT it which would mean AF is due 1/9?

I'm not on the pill anymore, so calculating is SO important

You start counting from the day of your AF.

So I'm looking at 1/9, great the day of my GYN appt

Its tough to make appts for the dr several months in advance especially when you have a cycle that isn't predictable.

When I first made the appt I knew I was safe b/c it would've been due 12/30.

But of course then AF decided to be 10 days late
