I was in the hospital for...(UPDATED WITH STARTER PICS)
the three days before my wedding!!!!!! I didn't get a chance to give my proper goodbye to the amazing ladies of LIW. It was a bride's worst nightmare and they told me that I wasn't going to make it to my day because of how ill I was. In the end, it all worked out beautifully and I was discharged within hours of my rehearsal dinner the night before. With the tireless support from our parents, our bridal party and of course, my dear husband, we were able to pull the entire day off with near perfection. I can't even begin to describe the gratitude I'm feeling at this moment. We had to cancel our Sandals Antigua Honeymoon and are going to Montauk to relax for a few days. It was truly the most extraordinary, phenomenal, most treasured day of my life. I love, love love that I am married! I posted some starter pics below..... In the meantime, thank you to all the women before and after me who helped to shape my vision, share my fears, relish my hopes and savor my moments. Without each of your posts, and responses to mine, my wedding day would have not been as truly personalized and sentimental as it was. Thanks again gals....Congrats to All My Weekend Twins and Happy Planning to the Brides to Be. Never lose sight of the bigger picture, which is as simple as love and family....that's all really.

Have fun in Montauk - you have the rest of your lives to go to Antigua.

My Dearest Jill -- I can't believe it's all over. I just have to say that you were such a stunning bride and I'm glad that everything went so well. It meant the world to me to be a part of your day and I hope all your wedding dreams came true. Go relax- you deserve it - and make sure to throw any timelines out the window and just have fun. Congratulations! I'm sorry to hear you were spent the last few days before your wedding in the hospital, and that you had to cancel your honeymoon, but happy you were able to at least go on with the wedding. You can always reschedule your honeymoon! You have to take care of yourself! Enjoy your time in Montauk and get some rest. Hope you're feeling better.
