I was right!

Well, I was right, my shower was yesterday! Everything was beautiful, my mom and bridal party did such a great job... It was at Villa D'Avanzo II in Amityville and the food was delicious!! The cake was from Black Forest (with cookies and cream mousse filling). I NEVER like bakery cake but I was looking for more!! I got so many amazing gifts but the day went by so quickly! I was a little upset with some of the people that didn't come (and a lot who didn't respond at all!! ) but I understand its a busy time of year... I will post pix soon!!

Jennie, congrats! i'm sorry you were disappointed by the no-shows, but it sounds like you had a great time anyway.

Glad it was great! I was in the same boat about the no-shows. I guess it just is a busy time of year.

Oh how great Jennie. I had some people who couldn't make it because of summer vacas, etc. and I was pretty sad, but all in all I had a great day and I'm glad you did too.
