Ive been having a REALLY hard time breatheing the past few days and I dont smoke or have asthma so...... there was no reason why I should be having such a hard time. No matter how hard i try, i cant take in a deep enough breath. Its horrible.
Anyway, after blood work, breatheing treatments, chest xray, meds, and 6 hrs at the ER, they couldnt determine what was wrong. SO i have to follow up this Fri w/ my reg dr and possible do an EKG and ECO. I feel like Im 80 yrs old.

Oh Michele, I'm so sorry!!! I hate it when the docs can't find anything wrong!! I'm sure they'll figure this out, no need to worry!!! You're still young! We're thinking of you!!!

Maybe it's anxiety. A lady at work her daughter just went to the hosp the other day because she could not breathe. They could not find anything wrong with her and said it was anxiety.

I know and how do you control anxiety when you dont feel anxious or stressed? I mean, i wont lie, Ive ALWAYS been an anxious person, I rush through everything etc. Thats just who I am.

Wow, Im sorry! I hope all is ok! Im sure this heat isnt helping on the breathing factor. Just take it easy and relax as much as you can. Hopefully its nothing and you go back to planning a little less stressed

Even people who don't suffer from them, are suffering now b/c the counts have been really hard. You have to take it easy on yourself anyway! Try to relax and not think about it (even if it's really hard not to) and don't make it worse by stressing yourself over it.

It could be allergies but Im not sure. I mean the dr didnt really mention that. WHo knows. Im just so uncomforable right now bc i cant breathe
