They have started the renovations in the CH room... the blue lights are still there but I was told they are going to be taken down and the whole room competed by the end of this month! I hope that they stay on track with the renovations.
Anyone going to the Dinner Dance this Saturday?

I'm glad they are renovating that. That is just one of the very few reasons I did not book..its not like you are in their for a long time and nor do people really care because the ballroom is fabulous and so is the view...but I felt the CH room reminded me of Miami Vice with the blue lights. Good for them for changing it...I'm sure it will be lovely

PS...everyone is knocking the blue lights....i liked them....it is so funny everytime I read it when people say they dont like it
everyone has their own opinion. (I am not trying to be snotty, it is so funny though how many people dont like them!!!) It does look like the 90's in there...like my sweet 16 LOL
There is an ongoing joke with the FH and me Everything we like electronic wise has to have a blue light.....when we saw the room we just giggled and we like look blue lights!
O well! I am sure the cocktail room will look really nice
