I went to Lombardi's On The Sound today
The place is gorgeous! As soon as I walked in I could smell the food and I was instantly starving lolz. The cocktail hour is huge and its sooo pretty...you can see ocean views all around - too bad it was nighttime so I didn't really get to enjoy it! The ballroom is really pretty too, with a decent size dance floor and a really pretty chandelier. I met with Pat (BM) and she was really nice. When I told her I was on a budget and was only having 120 people she didn't give me one of those weird looks at all. In fact, she brought out a menu just for couples on a budget and the menu was still huge!! She even went over her regular menu and showed me where they made changes for the smaller menu which I thought was really nice.
I didn't get the same feeling I got as when I walked into the Surf Club so Surf Club is still my #1! Plus Lombardi's is a LOT further from me, it took close to 2hrs for us to get there and I feel like a lot of my guests might get lost because it is a little confusing..if we didn't have the GPS I'm not sure we would have found it lolz..but I figured I'd post a review for anyone still looking...
