I will Never... Sorry So Long!!!

buy another bed from Rockaway Bedding as long as I live!! I am sooo mad! Started when they were supposed to deliver the mattress one day, and came the next instead. We blew that off, but anyway...My Hubby and I bought a really nice Sterns and Forster(with nice pillowtop) there when we first bought our house about 1yr. ago. It wasn't a cheap mattress either. It also has a warrenty, and we noticed that the boxspring was sagging and the mattress started sagging as well. We had someone from the warrenty service come and look at our bed and said they would call us within ten days to tell us what the deal is. Well 10 days goes by and no answer. You would think they would call!!! My DH calls and they say that we can either keep our mattress or get a new one within 20 days and they will credit us for the price we paid for our mattress.
Being that I like Sterns and Forster I asked if I can get the same mattress thinking that maybe the one I had was just defected. They don't carry Sterns and Forster anymore.
DH and I went to Rockaway bedding picked out a new bed. Turns out that it's $400 more than what we paid for ours. Now we have to pay the difference. There was nothing there that we liked that was $1000 or less. I didn't think mattresses were so much. UUGGHH I'm really annoyed.
