We are really behind (at least i feel like we are)

I made a list and we still have SOOOOO much to do.

Hotel - book bridal suite? and shuttle
Book photo location
flowers
BM dresses
tuxes
invites
BP gifts
church - set rehersal date
buy wedding bands
headpiece
shoes
jewelry
CAKE
Makeup trials (have no idea who i want to use)
hair trials have no idea who i want to use)

Im sure there is more to add to this list

I hate all this - i should just have someone do all this for me. just tell me who to pay

ull be fine!! i know people hate when its said but you have time!! once the holidays r over u will get back into it

the prob is im never much into it.. there is just too much to do and i just dont feel like ever doing it. arrgg its so annoying!

Don't feel bad. Listen, my MOH recently had her wedding in November. It was awesome. She did no DIYs, had a friend do makeup, got her hair done at the local salon (no trial), and handwrote all of the invites.

And it was perfect.

Don't feel like you have to do all of the small things.

Just book your florist and do the bigger stuff first.

Everything else will happen when you're ready.

It's easy to feel in a rush on this site. But we have a CRAPLOAD of time.

thanks bonnie - im really not going to stress all the smaller things, but i feel like i have so many big things to do.

Im waiting on my cousin to come from SI to try on the dress to make sure its ok (CROSS YOUR FINGERS it looks good on her) then i can order. Then i can go to the florist because the color of the dress is what im going on for the flowers and tuxes etc... Hopefully she comes next weekend!!!

hmm.... i don't have anything on your list done except for flowers and had a few makeup trials. I don't think you have to worry, but i know what you mean.

i spaced everything out over several months... booked the RH in May. the Photog in July, the DJ in June, Just booked flowers in November... got my dress in September (sorry i'm going out of order ) and got my sister's dress in November, booked (part of) the honeymoon in October. That's all I've done so far, and am not stressed at all so far.

so i think it's working just do a few things at a time and you'll be good.
