For our wedding date this year, I bought myself a little jacket and had it embroidered to say 'Mike's Future Wife' and put our wedding date in a heart. I think it is the cutest thing. I love it.
Well, I started a new job about a month ago. And my office is freezing. I got to dress down today so I used it as my little jacket to keep my warm. I haven't stopped hearing the comments all day. Is it necessary? And to top it off, the same 2 people (men) keep saying something. Grow up you are in your 50's and 60's.
Why do people think I want to hear what they have to say? And they are my bosses so I have to be nice.

As to the topic at hand. Everyone is right. Ignore them! It IS cute and you should wear it proud! They are jealous because no woman wants to admit to being married to them!

You should be able to wear whatever you want to on dress down day. They are definately jealous they're not married and if they are married they're just jealous none of these things were around in their day.
