I don't want to burst your bubble... but I got this phone call, as did my Coworker.. she actually went to the place, you have to sit through an hour and a half presentation on the company's products (pots and pans etc) and then you get your 'prizes'... i searched it on the other boards, and saw that it wasn't as great as it sounds at first... you might want to look into it a bit before you go.... just want to warn you...

I heard this was a scam too, I got the phone call, I told them I wasn't intrested they kept calling and calling until finally they stopped. I told them I don't remember entering and contests and the girl started tripping over her words and was like oh well maybe you just don't remember, so I lied and said I hadn't been to any expos and she was like maybe someone in your family entered you. It's a sales ploy

I got a call a few months ago and I was told I won a honeymoon, when I hadn't entered any drawings, and I had to go to somewhere near Laguardia to verify who I was and stuff. I figured it was bogus, so I didn't go. Plus this was only about a month after I got engaged and I hadn't gone to any bridal shows or anything...what I had done though is sign up on here and booked my hall. So my guess is they got my name and tried to finagle (did I spell that right) me there to try and get me to do something else....I'll never know though.
