GTGs never really get a huge response. I know for myself I am very shy and always feel weird showing up 'by myself.' Often times I can't make it.
It would be so nice for the GTGs to have a bigger turn out (even though I have not yet been to one myself, I just notice not very many people respond.)
If you don't go, what is your reasoning?

I've only been around since November, so I didn't know there were any...plus I live in Brooklyn with no car so it would be a little hard for me to get to Long Island. If there was one in Brooklyn or the city, I'd prob go if I wasnt working

Im a bit shy too but I would still love to go to a GTG and make new friends!!! I wanted to go to the WOTY but my aunt had passed away and that sat was her mass out in queens by the time I got home it was around 630 and in really no mood to party, but Im def up for the next one!!!

i have to admit - i went to a gtg maybe two years ago? - but its hard, i am not on that much and would also often feel weird going alone since i wouldn't know many people....i do want to add though that they are fun and everyone on here i have met is sweet.....its just taking that big step that is hard!

Do you still have your Jillians kid? Our still hangs on our fridge as scary as she is!
we do- but since we plan on having a real kid one day, its tucked agway for safe keeping so as not to scare us off!! i am sure the real baby you have will be far more beautiful, although your jillian's one isn't too bad either!!

I live in DC and I'm going to be taking so much time off just to plan my wedding that getting all the way up there just seems like too much time away from 'the life' I'm supposed to be living (you know, that one where I'm actually a person and not a soon-to-be-bride )
