This is our newly adopted daughter- Shortcake!! She is the new little sister of Mr. Samual J. Peabody! She is six weeks old and we adopted her from the Town of Hempstead animal shelter this morning!! Here are a few pics I have taken of her today. Right now she is taking a nap on daddy as you'll see in one of the pics. She is so full of energy. She has been checking everything out like crazy!! We are so happy to have her in our lives.

congrats on your adorable new daughter! she is just the cutest thing ever!! makes me want to run out and get another kitten (fh would prob. kill me though!)
after you've had grown cats for awhile you forget how playful kittens are, i know we felt the same way after getting our kitten last year ... but they are soo much fun and worth it!

She is so cute! My mother's cat used to sleep like that on my DH - so precious!!
