Ice Cream Station....

I looked at a place i LOVE and one option is an ice cream station for an extra $4 a person...did anyone have this?? i need thoughts not sure what to do. i already have a TON of food and deserts will be served

alot of places will throw that in....have you tried to wheel and deal w them for that?

i'm doing an ice cream sundae station...i'm really excited...my friend had it at her wedding and it was a huge hit! i'm so excited to do it at mine!

I just went to a wedding where they had one of these. I was so full, but I still went and got ice cream along with a bunch of other people. We're having one at our wedding too, but we got it thrown in free.

We are having one also. They threw it in for free. It's really up to you and how much you want it. I love ice cream so even if I had to pay, I'm sure I would have done it.

oh oh!! i'm doing this at my wedding!!! i feel like everyone does the choc fountain and i love ice cream so we got it. we had them throw it in with the bar upgrade so for $5 extra p/p we're getting grey goose and the ice cream parlor. i also think sarahradio is doing it too.

This was one of the things that was thrown in for us.

try waiting to add it until the VERY end...then see what kind of deal they'll give you.

i freakin love ice cream...I am going try and have them throw it in, but if they won't I might just do it anyways. We are only having a cake, so I think it would be ok to have it...maybe you want to lower your other desserts and just focus on cake and icecream?

I would wait until your menu meeting and see if you can get it added..... I really wanted a tropical drink bar for the CH but couldn't justify the cost.... I asked about it at the menu meeting and WM said that they couldn't discount it..... BUT on the day of my wedding, WM surprised me by throwing it in! You may not want to take the chance, but I am so glad that I didn't end up spending extra money on it.
