Cake is delivered to the outdoor tented reception by an ice cream truck. Ice cream truck is parked and serves ice cream to whomever wants.
When wedding is over bride and group hop on ice cream truck and are carried away. Ugh... maybe...
I ran this by my sister and she said 'its a wedding not a children's birthday party' ... but I think its cute, am I nuts?

I love the idea of an ice cream wedding cake! I always dreamed of a Carvel cake for my wedding...with lots of crunchies...YUM!

My chiropractor had an ice cream cake, she said they had a mock cake out front with a section for them to cut into and had the ice cream sheet cakes in the back.
