My reception hall (Floral Terrace) said they'd also throw one in for free also. It's not in the contract (he said that if he put it in the contract he would have to charge us). But if it turns out in the end that he doesn't include one, there is now way that my FH and I spending $300 for an ice sculpture

I'm getting married at the Watermill too. Do they always include the ice sculptures in for free or did you need to ask for it?

I think what happened is he thought he offered it to me free on my first visit. When we went to sign the contract and he mentioned his original offer I just nodded my head like I knew what he was talking about, and he put it in the contract.
Also we realy hit it off when we went to sign, maybe he was just being nice.
If you haven't booked yet ask... couldn't hurt!
