At the Crescent, they said that we get our choice of what we want carved in ice for the wedding. I would LOVE our monogram carved in ice for the cocktail hour and the reception. What did everyone else have done? Please post pictures, if you have them!

I am also getting married at CBC. In one of the sample albums that they showed me their was a sun and moon ice sculpture, it was really nice. I want them to do an orchid for my wedding because we are having a tropical theme.

Re: Ice Sculptures - Post Pictures!
My favorite was one that was carved to look like a basket and it was filled w/ strawberries, for champagne. It's what I had at my wedding but it actually came out bigger than I wanted. I wasn't looking for something over the top. Mine fit strawberries and a whole lot of other fruit. I'll post the photo if I can find it.
We also had an ice luge. It's a DH thing.
