Sorry, I don't know, but if no one is able to tell you what it is, you might want to bring the pic to a florist and ask them what it is.

Maybe Giant Persian Allium? There's another one I think it is....but I can't find the name.

They were real and not as scary green as they look, more of a lawn color.

Our waitress' english wasn't great or I would've asked, but I didn't want to cause a ruckus! lol

They're similar in shape to the one you named, but those are equally as cool...

They're apparently part of the ONION family? I'm like if I fill the room with them, is my reception going to smell like onions? haha

Also, the little individual bulbs on there kinda looked like itty bitty calla lily bulbs...does that help? :)
