Ok so to ask my cousins to be my MOH and BM i decided to put gifts into their christmas eve gifts...So i am going to do a t-shirt from bridalpartytees.com for each of them but i want to add something sweet and sentimental, but also something practical, in addition to the t-shirt... Any ideas? I am totally lost...

maybe the 'bridesmaid top' a nice card with something nice written on...or a tote bag and you can fill it in with stuff and the card will be nice too

What if you create a photobook w/ pictures and you and them and then at the end write 'Will you be my MOH/BM?'

i am doing a picture frame. it has places for 4 -4x7 photots. two places will be pictures of us as kids. one of the other places will have the beautiful poem my sister wrote & the other frame will have tissue paper in my colors.

i know i keep pushing this idea to anyone who is going to ask their bridal party around the holidays but what about an ORNAMENT?!?!?!!?
you know they kind that they personalize in the middle of the mall? they have one for 'best friends' and how cute would it be if you had them write 'will you be my bridesmaid? 2008' this way they can hang it on their tree every year!

But here's a LINK to an old thread on the 08 boards about this exact topic... and here's what I did....
I had all of them over for brunch. I have 5 girls and all of them live around here, but I wanted to do it that way because some of the girls didn't know one another. They all had no clue that I had an ulterior motive ::insert sneaky laugh here::.......... When the conversation died down I told them I had a small gift for all of them and I gave them each a card explaining why I wanted them to be part of my BP and a book called 'You Can Always Wear It Again: A Celebration Of Bridesmaids Dresses' (it was a hit). On the inside, I put a poem.... ::clearing my throat::
It's hard to believe that in just a short while Aaron and I will be walking down the aisle. Nothing would give me more joy and pride Than to have you there by my side. Will you be my bridesmaid/MOH Tears were shed, it was great!!!! Be creative and do it however you see fit for your girls. I wanted them to feel special and let them know that being my BM's was going to be fun. I think it worked!
