I already bought bubles for after we say our I Do's but I'm not sure if I want to use them anymore. I am open 2 ideas for something to do instead. My theme is a Vintage Victorian Glam.
I wanted to add that I am not using flowers in the wedding so I do not want to use petals.

I was going to do bubbles, but now I'm really into the ribbon wands! You can buy them pre-made or make them yourself! The second ones are someone's DIY wands! HTH!
When my sister got married she bought the bubbles and I said i wasnt going to use them when I get married but her best picture from the whole wedding was one with the bubbles. that convinced me that I will do the bubbles just a thought.

I wanted to do sparkers but Fh thinks that it is a fire hazzard. Our weddind is on Fourth of July weekend and that would have been perfect and it is a night wedding. Where would I get them anyway?

I don't think you can buy sparkler in Suffolk County. I know I bought a huge box of them last year at a dollar store upstate around New Paltz.
Your reception hall can probably point you in the right direction or even tell you if this is doable.
