Ideas anyone?

I hired a flamenco performance. 2 guys on guitar and one female dancer to do 2 15 minutes mini shows.

I hired them through my DJ company.

FH is pretty old fashioned, doesnt drink, or smoke, isnt into cars.... baseball is his 'passion' but im stuck on what to do, i dont want to do the whole grooms cake thing cause hes not a fan of cake im at a dead end
