ideas for place cards

ideas for place cards

i need a simple idea for place cards. anybody have suggestions on wher ei should get the actual cards, do you have a simple yet elegant look for the table. my color scheme is red and cream so somehting to that effect.

Can take white birch branches and put them in a vase and attatch the placecards with red and creme ribbon....

We bought the placecard bells and I made my own placecards on the computer, I used business cards. On the table I am going to scatter Burgundy,white and pink rose petals that I got at Michaels and I am going to mix some ivy in with it since I have tons of ivy everywhere. I also bought a few really pretty picture frames and I am thinking of putting a few nice pictures in them and placing them in back of the placecards on the table!!

how did you make the place cards onthe computer. i would love to do that but still am not up to date inthe computer age!

I used the printshop and put in that I was making a business card. I picked a graphic and typed in the rest. It was pretty simple. Took a couple tries to get it perfect but worked out the way I wanted in the end. Staples or office max sells the pre cut business card sheets and they give you directions on how to use them with your printshop!! Let me know if you need to know more!!
