I'm trying to come up with some more fall ideas for the wedding. I need help! Has anyone ever been to (or is having) a fall wedding and have seen something unique and fall related?
Any ideas would be GREATTTTTTTT

I went to a wedding in Sept where the escort cards were on these cute leaf things. I actually still have it in my car Ill try and take a pic to post when I get home from school later

are you doing custom table numbers... find pics of fall foliage and put table numbers on them..???

I went to a wedding where they did this too. They hung them from branches, so it was like you were picking a leaf off of a branch. The only issue was that it was really hard to find your name because they were all over the place, as opposed to alphabetical. They did have an A-L tree and an M-Z tree, but for example my last name starts with a C and FH's starts with an M, so we had to look on separate 'trees.' It wasn't that bad because it was a small wedding, but that's just something to think about.
What about doing something with pumpkins or apples?

Hmm...does your RH offer some kind of seasonal entree selection?
I'm always thinking of food, LOL. Seriously though, like a pumpkin ravioli, or something with butternut squash? You'd be surprised with what some RH's can customize for you...I know, because we're doing a vegetarian wedding and we called around for ideas of menus.
Also, if you're using candles...maybe ones in autumn colors (unscented of course!)

no these were stand up leafs you just placed the card into. so it was pretty easy to find your name.
We're having butternut squash ravioli as either an entree choice or as part of the cocktail hour.

in one of the pics in lauras post... there is a wire pumpkin with an orange candle in the middle... that is the coolest... you should totally do that!

I went one and she had candy & caramel apples as favors, and the where dressed up like a bride and groom!
