I usually drink slim fast for breakfast and lunch, but I ran out. Ballys has there own brand of drinks called Rapid Results (they have a line of diet products), after drinking them for a week and a half I have lost just under 6 lbs!!
Granted they arent the greatest tasting things in the world, they seem to work.

Does it have dairy? BTW - anyone go to the one in Lake Grove? ALSO - they stopped charging for the passport classes as of 4/1!!

Duh...I just realized the drinks you're talking about are meal replacements. Is this what you're talking about?
