They are building new ones in Whitestone near my house. Here is the site. New Condo's

yeah I pass by them alot. they look really nice. and they have a fitness room and a billards/lounge area. I think there gonna go fast.

Great! I just sent for more info...I don't know when we'll realistically be in a position to buy, but, I am curious how much they're going for. But...if it's not Pet -friendly...it's a moot point...

the studio starts at $237,000 and they go up to over $500,000 for the 2 bedrooms.

My FH and I just bought one! We love them. I wanted to stay in Whitestone. We close in March. They said alot of young couples have been buying them up. They just had a open house this past weekend. I think almost half are gone of the 49.

There are seriously like 20 spots available. IF you want one you have to pay 25k

its a building, usually in the garage you pay for the spots

Looks like a gorgeous building...I would show FH but there is one rule about us moving and its 'NO WHITESTONE' even when i told him my MOH just moved to whitestone he was like UGH are you serious...dont get offended its nothing against the neighborhood itself but more of a personal issue

From the website it really looks like an amazing place to live. and only 49 apartments seems like its going to be small tight community

No Offense taken. I know a few people who do not care for Whitestone. I grew up in Whitestone my whole life. It was either Whitestone, Bayside or North Flushing. And we like it bc it's brand new. No one has lived in it.

YIKES! I would never spend that for an apartment!!! I just don't get that...I want a house!
Even a small one, would be better to me than an apartment!

now i just tried to wake FH up to see if he would move to Whitestone LOL he didnt even answer probably better that way

oh for him its all really personal, alot of past drama and i mean alot hahaha so like i said nothing to do with the place itself
