Hi, My friend just started her own favor business. She does anything you can think of or ideas you have. Her website is being worked on as I write this and her prices are great and she is very creative. Heres two things she just did for friends. She works with you for whatever is in your budget and does any theme etc. heres one pic:

no she is located in whitestone queens. just a temporary email untill her website is up and running
