also depends on the cut and your proportions. if its very skimpy on top and you have large breasts i'd go with the bigger size so theres no chance of spilling over (too much cleavage can be the opposite of sexy). also certain materials dont have any stretch so that makes a difference. i would try it on if possible but thats just me.
