If I cut my hair (to donate it) now (April) do you think it would grow back by next July?
OR is it a bad idea, since I'll be taking my e-pics and have my eparty?
I really want to cut it short for the summer...but I'm not sure if its a bad idea with the wedding so soon.
For anyone that's never met me in person- here are pics to give you an idea of how long my hair is:

if you want your hair to grow back quickly, my hairstylist suggested biotin, its a vitamin that you pick up at GNC and supposedly her hair has grown really quick... i think your hair would look good either way though.

i thing from now til next july is PLENTY of time to let it grow...
if worst comes to worst, start taking over the counter pre-natial vitamins... seriously, they will make your hair and nails grow like crazyyy

Alright, you girls def. convinced me. I think my best bet is to just get a trim...maybe ill do side bangs so its something diff. i dont think i want to take the chance.
I did something like that. I cut off about 2 inches off in the length and I got side bangs. FH actually loves the side bangs.....

I know how you are feeling...I am so itchy to cut my hair, esp since summer is coming...FH donates his hair to Locks of Love and I want to as well, but I am just going to bear down and wait until after the wedding...one of my BMs is a hairdresser (she's doing my hair day of) and I told her that her last duty as a BM is to cut my hair short the day after the wedding!

Do what you will feel comfortable with. I just got back from the salon and he cut my hair and I told the hairdresser that at this point I'll never have the length I want for the wedding. He told me I will, so we'll see.

It really depends on your hair. I cut my hair a little shorter than shoulder length in the end of May of 2007. It has taken all the way until now to grow back. My hair is just about the same length as yours, to give you an idea. So it could potentially take a reallllllllllllllly long time.
And I don't get my hair cut professionally. I do it myself, so it's not that I'm going to the salon and having them hack off 5 inches when I ask for 1 inch lol. I just meticuously trim the split ends. So even hair growing pretty much naturally and without intervention can take awhile.

100 of us could sit here and say go fo rit, itll grow back.. but if u knwo ur hair doesnt grow fast, then ur fkd lol
i agree, you would know better, but if youre not sure if it would grown back intime i wouldnt cut it
