someone tell me the following again....I will HURT them
'Your too young to get married'
'Dont make the mistake I did'
'Your crazy for getting married right now'
'Your gonna get married, have babies right away and ruin your life'
WTH? This is what I get multiple times a week from EVERYONE, except family thank God. At work, forget about it. The majority of the ladies I work with have been divorced or are miserable in their marriages. Everytime they mention my marriage this is how it goes
'How old are you again' '21' (dont they remember everytime they ask me!) 'Your crazy'
What should my age matter? Im not wasting my life, Im not the party girl type so its not like I wanna go out and party all the time. AND I dont want kids for a looong time, just because Im getting married doesnt mean Im popping them out right away.
Any other young brides go through this aggravation???

21 is young, but if you know it's what you want to do and you have weighed all your options and such- then it's fine. IT'S YOUR LIFE

yea, I think some people mean well, but at the same time people need to learn when not to give their opinion, I feel it's just as rude as the baby question .....when you having one?......But I admit I've said it to young girls too, with all good intention though. I can see after hearing it so many times it's annoying though

Yep...I was in court and the referee (similar to the judge) said getting married is a mistake...ignore it! These people are just jealous!

I agree. So what I do when people tell me this is I break into a chorus of the Bon Jovi hit tune 'Its My Life.'
