If it says Private Parking why do MoFos keep parking in my spot?!

Okay, I'm sorry but I need to vent. It's bad enough that I have to pay $60 a month to park near my building (this is Long Island, not NYC!) but I come home and some mofo's BMW is all up in my parking spot. ***?!!? There are all these signs that say PRIVATE PARKING and TOW ZONE. I'm so pissed. I left a note letting them know, 'for future reference, this is my private parking spot for which I pay a monthly fee. As such, move your car or it will be towed.'

we had those obnoxious 'don't park in front of my house' people where i used to live.

These people lived across the street, and had a 2 CAR GARAGE with DRIVEWAY, but would park their cars on the street!!!! PI$$ED me off!!! then they would have our landlord tell us not to park there! BS!!! its a public street and parking was sometimes tough. So i would park in front of their house all the time, even if a spot in front of ours was open! HAHA i can be spiteful! don't EVER tell me what to do!!

Update: I refused to walk all the way back to my lot to see if this person had moved, so I went 'Peeping Tom' and used FI's binoculors to check out the situation. The car is gone! Yay!

I pay NYC parking prices per month and am very disgruntled as such. I say tow their *ss if you see them again. YOu were very courteous by giving them a warning for something that was blatantly annoying and wrong.
