I was thinking 2:45pm. Is that too much time, or not enough?

yeah I think thats fine. They can't start with out you, and you don't want to be waiting in the limo.

I'm sure the limo people will work it out with you

Thanks - I have my final calls with the limo ppl the week before the wedding and I need to figure out the photographer times, etc. this week.

My church told me 2:30 since they have service that evening and we cannot be late.

Are you close to the church? I would get there 5 minutes before - wait in the limo and go right in right before it starts.
