You should tip what you feel each person deserves, but here are some guidelines I had found:
Photog: $75-100 each
Officiant: $25
DJ: $75-100 each
Video: $75-100 each
Bridal Attendant: $100-150 each
Limo: 20%
Hair/Makeup: $25-30 each
Maitre'D: $3-5 per guest
Photog: $75-100 each
