If you are getting married AT the reception hall

are you getting limos? are you doing just pick up/drop off?

are you having a rehearsal and/or rehearsal dinner? If so, when?

Just wondering.

I'm getting mattered in Bayville, so I decided I am just going to have a dropoff there in the morning at the place - they said it was cost about $175 or so for the dropoff... I wasn't sure what to do about the RD though... We're not having a rehearsal the night before (which I WISH we were...) so who knows about the RD. . Good luck!

I'm not sure about the rehearsal dinner either!! We may end up not having one. Besides, pretty much everyone knows what to do at this point.

As far as limos, we are having 2 because we're taking pictures before the ceremony. So we have the limos picking us up, bringing us to the pictures location and then to the hall.

We're getting married at East Wind with both ceremony and reception happening there. We've decided to rent one of the big Excursion limos and all of us are going to drive out there together. The limo company said they can put up a sheer screen so FH can't see me and he'll be sitting alllllll the way at the other end of the limo! We're doing it to save $$ because all of us are staying at East Wind and those who aren't will be getting rides from other people.

We're not doing a rehearsal dinner.

We're getting married at our hall but we're taking pics before the ceremony. So we got 2 limos, 1 for me and the girls and 1 for FH and the guys. We'll get picked up separately and then meet at our pic location. Then get back in our separate limos and head to the hall.

I don't know about an actual rehearsal at the hall b/c i'm sure there are weddings that night before... but we are definitely having a dinner.

hmm...i think we will get a limo for me and my girls to the hall, the boys will drive there, or rather drive to the hotel nearby and one will drive them all to atlantis, at the end of the night we might get a limo for just us to the hotel, even though its like 5 mins away, bc my dress is probably too big for a car...but i don't know, it seems like a waste of $ for us to get a limo to drive us to the hotel so close by! i'll have to see how much $ we can spend on this.
as for the rehearsal dinner, we are definitely having a rehearsal and dinner, probably not the night before, but maybe the night before that. ~lacey

I got limos (pick up and drop off for the bridal party). For myself I got a Rolls Royce for 3 hours because I want it available for some of our pictures. As for the rehearsal we are hoping to have it the Wednesday before the wedding.

We were thinking of getting dressed and taking pics at my parents house, but I dont want to get a limo to take us to the hall if noone is there to see it, so we just may get ready and take pics at harborclub... I still dont know abt rehearsal dinner - that was my Question a while back because the place always has things going on - we'd have to eat somewhere else, not sure where or when we'll rehearse! Probably morning of!

Thanks for all your input. I'm still not sure what I will do - I will probably get a pick up/drop off with the limos - as long as it isn't too $$$.

Maybe we will have a rehearsal on the Wednesday before or none at all - they have weddings on Thursday and Friday night, and Tuesday is 4th of July is on Tuesday. UGH!

We are getting one limo, just for me and the girls that will pick us up at my house and drop us off at WM.

We are having a 'rehearsal' dinner, or a prewedding dinner, or whatever you want to call it. FH's parents want to have it, even though I could really do without it. THe wedding is on Sun and the RD will be Sat eve. I would really have preferred Fri. but all of FH guest are OOT and may not be here on Fri.

We're doing the pictures before the ceremony too and I'm still unsure about the limos. I really don't care because I live 5 minutes away from the place but I think my mom would have a problem. As for the RD I'll probably have one a week before - I think.

Yes - pick up/drop off

Rehearsal is at 3 on 1/7 and the dinner is at 6.
