A community pet shop and animal adoption center - I'd make my profit off of supplies and sell only animals that came from local shelters and animal control, and use the adoption fee money to care for the animals while their under my roof.

I haven't given up yet on doing that some day, but I want to try teaching first.

event planning... i LOOOOVE planning and coordinating stuff.. i do it as a side work here at my regular job.. take care of all that type of stuff here...
